How we handle your data

Volunteer sign-ups

When you fill in the volunteer form we store your name, email address, location, what you would like to help with, and how much time you have. These are kept in this website’s database and emailed to our team.

Sign-ups are deleted automatically after 365 days. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, or to send you a copy of what we hold, by contacting us.

What we do not do

This site loads its fonts from our own server rather than a third party, so visiting it does not share your IP address with a font provider. We do not run advertising trackers.
